When the Industry Gets Difficult….

The agents and every employee at dpm Talent Agency Inc. take their roles in the industry very seriously. However, sometimes things may happen that are out of our control. We want you to know that we are always available to discuss anything that may happen when you are auditioning or working on a set. We at dpm Talent Agency want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable in this industry.

If anything strange or uncomfortable does occur, we want you to know that there are resources available to you. As always - if you ever feel unsafe during an audition or while working a job, or if someone asks you to do anything that wasn’t discussed before booking or at the time of booking, feel free to leave the set or audition. Get to a safe place ( your car, your home, a police station, any place you feel safe) and call our office immediately. We don’t care what time of day it is; you can always call us. You don’t have to discuss it with anyone; remove yourself from the situation, find somewhere that you feel safe and make the call.

Never be afraid to reach out  and ask for help, whether it be from your friends, colleagues or even a professional. Remember that you are not alone and sometimes we have to reach out and get professional help.

No career is worth mental or physical illness. We at dpm Talent Agency Inc. concern ourselves with maintaining the highest morals and values and above all, we care about our actors.

As mandated by the state of California, we have made the following links below available for you. Whether you are a client of dpm Talent Agency or not, help is always available.
